Resetting thenetwork on your phone can solve network-related issues that were not resolved by the initial processes. This reset wipes out all of your current network settings, including saved WiFi and Bluetooth connections, APNs and server settings, and other pertinent data. Any errors caused by erroneous or invalid network configurations will be avoided as well. If you want to give it a shot, simply follow these steps:
- From your Home screen, go to Settings.
- Select the General option.
- Reset is located at the bottom of the page.
- Choose Reset network settings from the drop-down menu.
- When prompted, enter your device passcode to proceed.
- Then, to confirm the network settings reset, press the option.
