If you have iOS 13 or later and have attempted to restore or migrate your iPhone from a prior device, the Apple logo and progress bar may appear on your screen for more than an hour. Find out what you should do.

• Make sure your iPhone's progress meter hasn't moved for at least one hour.
• If the progress bar hasn't moved in over an hour, connect your device to a computer and put it into recovery mode using the procedures below:
• iPhones 8 and up: press and hold the Volume Up button for a few seconds. Press and hold the Volume Down button for a few seconds. Hold down the Side button for a few seconds. Continue to keep the Side button down until the recovery mode screen appears.
