On your iPhone X, you may utilize custom collections to divide your books into groups. Here's how to do it:

  1. iBooks should now be open.
  2. At the top of the screen, select All Books or the File menu.
  3. Then select New Collection from the drop-down menu.
Simply tap and hold the book you want to relocate, then drag it to its new spot on your iPhone X to reorganize the books into a collection.
You must log in to all of your Apple devices with the same Apple ID in order for your collections to be automatically synced. Then go to Settings->iBooks->Sync Collections on your iPhone X.
For as long as you're logged in with the same Apple ID on all of your Apple devices, you'll be able to view your books. The iBooks app makes all of your books purchased from the iBooks Store immediately available on all of your devices.
