- From the Home screen, choose Settings.
- Select General.
- Reset may be found by scrolling down and tapping it.
- From the list of options, choose Reset All Settings.
- To proceed, enter your passcode if required.
When the reset is complete, reboot your iPhone and adjust choices and settings depending on your previous preferences, as they were before the commencement of the problem. This reset will not affect any data saved on the internal memory, therefore no data will be lost.
