- Select the Settings app.
- Select General.
- Restart by pressing the Reset button.
- Erase All Content and Settings is the option to choose.
- Continue by entering the right passcode for your device if required.
- To confirm the action, tap the selection.
All user data will be erased if the device is the factory reset. Before erasing the phone, make sure you've backed up your files to iTunes or iCloud.
