The App Store's cached files might potentially get corrupted. If this happens, the program is more likely to go rogue or cease operating. Clearing the cache from the App Store app is advised as a solution. Here's how you do it:

  1. Start by going to the App Store.
  2. Then press and hold any of the five tabs on the App Store main screen 10 times in a row. This will delete any temporary files that the Program Store app has saved as cache.
  3. There will be no warning that the App Store cache has been cleaned, so you can launch the app switcher and then quit the App Store once you've tapped on a tab 10 times in a row.
To clean and refresh the internal memory of your iPhone, reboot or soft reset it. Then check to see whether your iPhone X can now connect by reloading the App Store.
