- Start by going to the App Store.
- Then press and hold any of the five tabs on the App Store main screen 10 times in a row. This will delete any temporary files that the Program Store app has saved as cache.
- There will be no warning that the App Store cache has been cleaned, so you can launch the app switcher and then quit the App Store once you've tapped on a tab 10 times in a row.
To clean and refresh the internal memory of your iPhone, reboot or soft reset it. Then check to see whether your iPhone X can now connect by reloading the App Store.
