- From the Home screen, choose Settings.
- Select General.
- Reset may be found by scrolling down and tapping it.
- Choose Reset network settings from the drop-down menu. All of your existing network settings, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and server settings, will be deleted, and the defaults will be restored.
- Enter your device passcode if asked.
- Then press to check that the system settings have been reset.
When the reset is complete, your iPhone will reboot automatically. To utilize the Internet again after the restart, you'll need to set up and rejoin your Wi-Fi network.
