This fix has helped a lot of iPhone users who have had the same problem.  you should try this one and see what happens. Here's how you do it:

  1. Go to the Settings menu.
  2. Select iCloud from the menu.
  3. Choose an iCloud account.
  4. Enter your iCloud or Apple ID password if asked.
  5. If the Apple ID verification question appears after successfully logging into your iCloud account, sign out of your iCloud account and sign back in.
