Turn Off Your Phone
We recommendresetting your phone before doing anything further if you see an unexpected drain after getting an iOS 14 upgrade.

Turn off your iPhone for a minute, then turn it back on. A simple reboot may dramatically improve the performance of your smartphone.

Your iPhone should be updated.
Apple will update iOS 14 software on a regular basis. Although the firm may not specifically mention battery life improvements in a software update's changelog, new software always has the potential to benefit.

All Settings Must Be Reset
If you've determined that your applications aren't the issue, try resetting your iPhone's settings.
Before you press reset, keep in mind that it will cause your iPhone to forget known Wi-Fi networks (as well as Bluetooth connections), so make sure you have your passwords written down or saved someplace. This is how you do it:

  1. Go to the Settings menu.
  2. Go to the General tab.
  3. Reset by scrolling and tapping the Reset button.
  4. If your passcode is enabled, tap Reset All Settings and enter it.
  5. You'll need to reconnect your iPhone to your Wi-Fi network(s) and Bluetooth devices after the process is finished.

I hope this answer helps you
