- Right-click on the 'Start' button, then select 'Properties.'
- On the top of the window, select the 'Taskbar' tab.
- If the 'Show Quick Launch' box is checked, uncheck it and click 'Apply.'
- Mark the field again and click 'Apply.'
- After that, the quick release may be present while the computer is rebooted and will no longer disappear.
