- Select Control Panelby pressing the Windows + X buttons on the keyboard.
- Select System, followed by Security, and finally System.
- Select Advanced System Settings from the menu.
- Click Settings under User Profiles.
- Choose the profile you wish to duplicate.
- Click Copy to, then type or navigate to the name of the profile you wish to replace. This is often in C:Users username, where username is the name of the profile you're copying.
- Add all user accounts to which you want to offer full profile control by clicking Permitted to use and then adding all user accounts to which you want to give full profile control by clicking Permitted to use.
- Click the OK button.
