- Make sure you're not in airplane mode: Select Start, then Settings> Network & Internet>Airplane mode from the drop-down menu. Make sure you're not in airplane mode.
- To turn on and off Bluetooth, go to Start, then Settings >Devices > Bluetooth & other devices. Turn Bluetooth off for a few seconds, then on again.
- Remove and then re-add the Bluetooth device: Choose Start, then Settings>Devices>Bluetooth and other devices. Select the device you're having trouble connecting to under Bluetooth, then Remove device > Yes.
