When a program becomes unresponsive, use Force Quit. Press the Command+Option+Esc keys or choose Force Quit from the Apple menu. Select the deviant application's name from the drop-down menu (it probably has not responded next to its name). In most cases, you won't need to reboot.


Restart. If Force Quit doesn't work, try restarting your computer. If a frozen Mac prohibits you from selecting Restart from the Apple menu, press and hold the power button for several seconds, or press and hold the Control+Command keys, then press and hold the power button.you problem should be solved
