A keyboard shortcut is one quick and easy technique to permanently remove data. By pressing a few keys on the keyboard, you may delete the file.

  1. Choose the file you wish to remove from a folder or your desktop.
  2. Press Option + Command + Delete at the same time.
The action will be confirmed by a pop-up notification. To confirm, click Delete.

The second technique to remove a file quickly is to use the menu bar. This isn't as apparent as it should be.
1) Choose the file you wish to remove from the list.
2) From the menu bar, select File.
3) On your keyboard, hold down the Option key.
When you hold the Option key down, the selections in that menu will vary somewhat. Move to Trash changes to Delete Immediately. So, select that option and then confirm that you want to delete it in the pop-up box.
