Well, there are so many things which need to be avoided and taken care of before, after and in the mid of workout. Listing down few of them:
Consumption of excessive amount coffee/tea
According to experts, caffeine is helpful in increasing the body's focus and energy. But if it is taken in excess quantity, before your workout, then dehydration can complain. In many studies, it is also proved that drinking excess tea and coffee increases the amount of insulin in the body, causing irritation which worsens your day.
Sleeping more or less than 8 hours
If you did not complete your sleep before workout or sleep for long, you will feel sluggish, the energy of the body will not be normal.
Taking wrong meal before a workout session
Exercise soon after eating food may complain of stomachache, nausea and body cramps. Therefore, exercise at least 2 hours after eating.
Stretching before workout
Worm before a workout, not stretching, if suddenly stretches the body, then the muscle may be injected. But do not forget to stretch after the workout is completed.
Consumption of excessive amount of water
Before starting the exercise, drinking more water reduces the sodium content in the blood (hyponatremia), which leads to a headache, nausea or weakness.
