"Kapil Dev"
The first things which come to my mind when I hear the name of Kapil Dev is the picture of him holding the World Cup 1983 at the balcony of Lord's cricket ground in England.
Considered as one of the finest cricketers of his time India's veteran quick bowler Kapil Dev has been the main quick bowler of Indian cricket team back in 80’s whose ball swings were noticeable all around in both ways this was the reason that Kapil Dev had 253 wickets in ODI. Kapil Dev was not just ready to take wickets under his swing rocking the bowling alley on outside soil, yet Kapil Dev's enchantment was additionally played on India's level pitch.
He was not that expressive or debilitate but rather his swing could enter any best batsman on his day.
Kapil Dev played 65 Test coordinates in India and was fruitful in taking 219 wickets. In India, Kapil Dev has taken 5 wickets in an innings 11 times. On the outside soil, Kapil Dev played 66 test coordinates and took 215 wickets. On outside soil, Kapil Dev has been effective in taking 5 wickets in 12 innings.
These figures demonstrate that Kapil Dev was a dangerous bowler on India's pitch, while on the outside soil he used to bowl greatly. Truly he was similarly deadly in test and ODI.
