Anand Amritraj is a businessman and former tennis player from India. He and his brother Vijay Amritraj led India into the Davis Cup finals against South Africa in 1974, and he was a member of the Indian team captained by Vijay Amritraj that reached the Davis Cup final against Sweden in 1987.
Anand Amritraj, along with his younger brothers Vijay and Ashok, were among the first Indians to compete on the international tennis tour. Anand and Vijay were semifinalists in the men's doubles at Wimbledon in 1976. Anand was a member of the Indian Davis Cup squad in 1974, which advanced to the finals before forfeiting the title to South Africa due to the Indian government's decision to boycott the match in protest of South Africa's Apartheid practices. He returned to the final in 1987 against Sweden.
Stephen Amritraj, his son, is a former professional tennis player in the United States who has also represented India. He attended Don Bosco School and graduated from Loyola College in Madras.
In 1985, Anand Amritraj was named one of the Arjuna Awardees in Tennis.
