Can a Blind man have a dream?
No, if a man who is born blind cannot visualize a dream. As he has no understanding of the real and live world so no pictures would form in his mind. Before discussing this topic we must briefly know about the concept of Dream. Science says that Dreams are mere electric brain pulses that pull random thoughts and images from our memories. The story isis created after people wake up.
Dream are human feelings that can be understood as a state of consciousness characterized by sensory-cognitive and emotional occurrences while sleeping. A man born blind do not imagine anything in his brain for him the world is like a blank black film running cursorily.

Louis Braille, a 12-year-old boy who himself was blind changed the reading and writing habits of blind men forever in 1829. Braille who was on 4 January 1809 became blind by accident when he was just 3 years old. The mechanism which Louis studied at Paris blind school could not satisfy the needs. Therefore he mechanized a format of his own which is largely accepted in all the countries of the world.
But the next part of the answer is a man who gradually gets blind due to some illness or gradually getting older can dream as the pictures and concept which etched in their mind is stored there for a long time. But those blind people who lose their sight later in life and can dream visually. Danish researches in 2014 found that as time passes, a blind person gradually stops dreaming visually.
