Many of us thinking that Salesforce is just a CRM, and it stores customer data and gives us processes to nurture prospective customers, and it provides a way to collaborate with the people we work. But I am clearing one thing here, that if we say Salesforce is Just a CRM then it will be like a house only having a kitchen in it. Salesforce is not only a CRM, it has a lot more than that.
