I am 20 years old and I started going to gym a week ago. Well, there was no specific time when I realized that I have to hit the gym as I always wanted to make myself fit in terms of strength, stamina everything and gym are the best places to shape yourself.
So, all I was waiting for taking out few hours from my schedule for the gym and now I have finally managed to take out few hours in the morning.
And if you already know that there are uncountable numbers of benefits of working out then there should be no second thought of skipping the workout sessions.
There are people who are afraid of weight training saying it that lifting weight sucks and similar to them there are many who make different excuses.
One thing which I don’t understand in Indians that why we make the workout, yoga, cardio or any other form of exercises a taboo.
Exercising daily should be a part of every individual lifestyle just like we eat, sleep, work etc. it’s something which will always be with you.
It’s our body which let us do each and every stuff in our life so
it’s important for us to make our body fit enough for taking up all the challenges which will come around by putting some effort.
Set goals stay quiet about them smash the hell out of them
