The Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research (AcSIR) is an Indian organization of public significance, settled at the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-Human Resource Development Center Campus, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The organization was built up to give doctoral and post-doctoral degrees.

The foundation of the foundation took into account a unified establishment to deal with this examination and was empowered by the enactment of the Lok Sabha in 2010. This equivalent enactment named the Academy as a "Foundation of National Importance".

The foundation was set up in 2010 by a goal of the Government of India on June 17, 2010 and the Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research Act, 2011 told on April 3, 2012, as an 'Organization of National Importance', with a point of facilitation of headway of learning and exploration in the fields of science and innovation and their interfaces in relationship with Council of Scientific and Industrial Research.

It is a meta-college with study focuses in 37 labs and 6 units of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, spread across 23 urban communities of India.
