I personally experienced that regular exercise carries many physics and mental health benefits. It’s lower your risk developing diabetes, metabolic syndromes and such type of cancer such as colon cancer and breast cancer. 

It is important to understand how the right foods can help you after exercise.  similarly, it is important to understand how your body is affected by physical activities. When you are working out some of the protein in your muscle get broke down and damage. After your work out your bodies try to rebuild its protein and repair and regrow glycogen stores. It is important to eating Carbs and protein after your workout, eating the right nutrition’s soon after you exercise can help your body to get this done faster.
FAT IS NOT THAT BAD
I heard THAT MANY PEOPLE THINK EATING FAT ATFER A WORKOUT SLOWS DOWN THE DIGESTION and decrease its absorption of nutrients. While fat must be slow down the absorption of your workout meal but it will not reduce its benefits
So, it is good to limit the amount of fat after your workout, but having some fat will not affect your recovery
