In the first line of my answer of this question I just want to make you clear one thing that time of eating things will not lead you to gain weight because weight gain and loss totally depends on food which you are eating.

It is just a hoax that eating food before going to bed leads to weight gain. So if you are eating right no matter at what time you are eating you will not have worry about being overweight.

So suppose if you consume 2000 calories throughout a day and you are also able to burn the similar amount the possibility of gaining weight is 0%. So I will suggest you ignore such hoax and listen to your body and if you feel hungry you should instantly hit for the food. Food is a basic fuel for your body and so you must take care of your body the most you can.

Well, if you have a strong belief that eating food before going to bed will lead you to weight gain here are few things you can eat before going to bed:
