    Yes, it is not required to be a Technical person, anyone can apply for the Salesforce vacancies. Because Salesforce is a cloud-based software that is not required for any software to be installed so that, everything in Salesforce is done via the button click, means there is not required for coding experience.

    In Salesforce 80% of work is done purely via configuration/ button click administration. So that non-technical people are encouraged to take courses for the better understanding of the Salesforce. After taking the courses that can better formulate their requirements for their administrators and developers.
