Going to the gym for a workout could be an ultimate solution for you to gain weight. Being skinny is so normal these there is nothing to worry about it. Careless attitude towards having a balanced diet leads to skinny physique.
So right after you start working out in gym your body loses calories which increases your hunger. But to gain weight you should not start eating anything because if you desire a perfect posture of your body then you need to make a list of all the healthy stuffs.

So as you have to gain weight you need pick up the stuffs which have rich amount of carbs, saturated fat, minerals, and protein. Bananas, Peanut butter, eggs, chicken breasts, paneer, cheese, milk, lean red meat, brown bread are some of the stuff which is rich in protein and have ample amount of carbs which will lead you in gaining weight.

Now in the process of gaining weight, you don’t have to eat all day long. Try to take all the eating stuff in short meals and after every meal take a gap of 2.5 hours that much time gap will be decent.

You don’t have to panic about the result of what you are gaining because it will take time slowly and gradually you will see the difference. The more you will be regular with your workout session and the required diet the faster you will observe the change.
