What contain gobar gas mainly?

Gobar Gas is the mixture of an odorless and colorless gas. It can be produced by fermenting the degradable substances also referred as Substrate by the actions of microorganisms during the process which happens in the concealed digester or a chamber in the absence of the atmospheric oxygen. It is formed of variant gases, of which majorly methane (CH4) and Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and its composition in the traces includes Hydrogen (H2), Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) and Moisture (H2O) etc. The improved digesters which are been used for anaerobic digestion capable of producing biogas with 65%-75% content of methane (CH4). The ratio in which the mixture of methane and carbon dioxide exists in cow dung is of the ratio 60:40.

It has various applications like lighting, generation of electricity, cooking, making auto fuel and operating engines. The fundamental and basic utilization of biogas created from a residential digester is for cooking reason in houses. Biogas can be purified and overhauled as per the guidelines of petroleum gas. The updated/Compressed Bio Gas can be utilized for running vehicles and different applications including distinctive mechanical needs.
