It has always been clear since many years that Indians want to leave India and shift to other countries because they do not have to face cast-related differences, political issues, or not being able to get equal opportunities. This phenomenon is well-known as 'Brain Drain'. And once they start working there and getting commendably recognized for their work, they just want to settle down there itself. It's not that they have a negative feeling for their motherland, it is only because they get really positive response there. Also this is each and every one's personal decision.

The ownership of the country is non-existent among today's youth because they believe that opportunities and knowledge is everywhere, it is not limited within the boundaries of a nation. Therefore, when it comes to work, they choose not to be bounded by anything.
