Punjab has introduced the land Improvement schemes act bill to empower farmer available in the state. This amendment act will also allow or we can say grant legal authority to the Soil and Water conservation department and will help farmers in laying of underground pipes of repair, renovation of existing underground pipelines through any other land holdings etc.
Through this scheme, the farmer will be directly benefitted as they will be given a direct supply of water and things which are needed in the whole process of farming. This is a really good initiative taken by the Punjab government to empower the farmers of Punjab and it will make a difference in different aspects.
