Street harassment is basically a form of sexual harassment it consists of practices which are illegal and are against community guidelines such as leering, sexist, groping, sexual assault, rape, comments, and demands, following, flashing, homophobic or transphobic slurs etc.

Section 354 D IPC states stalking a girl is an offense did by a man who is practicing things like following her or trying to get her personal information even after knowing that the particular women are disinterested. This section also states about cyberstalking which means it’s illegal to stalk a woman via using social media platforms, etc.

Under Section 354 C IPC, voyeurism is considered as an offense by a man who watches or captures the image of a woman engaging in a private act in circumstances where she would not want to get observed.
