The launch of which operation is celebrated as Navy Day every year on December 4?

Navy Day is been renowned on the occasion for giving tribute to Indian Navy’s achievement over their audacity and bravery during the war of 1971 is celebrated on 4th of December.

Indian Navy commitments and assurance for the securing the borders of marine accompanied by the international relations amelioration via combined efforts, calamity reliefs, humanitarian missions and others.

Till this time, I am only telling about this day... but let us listen to the narration of the story why it is been celebrated and how India got the victory over Pakistan in the year of 1971.
Playing a significant role during the time of the Trident Operation held on 4th of December 1971 when Pakistan Naval Headquarters was been attacked its Naval Ship sank in known as Ghazi. For the first time in the history, anti-ship missiles were used during the attack. It created a chaotic motion which demolished four Pakistani vessels and around 500 Pakistani were killed accompanied by the three Indian Missiles Boats- INS Veer, INS Nipat and INS Nirghat which played a great role.

The Operation:
On 4th of December, 1971... Having an aspiration for attacking Karachi Port, the Indian Army sailed from the Okha Port in Gujarat around 2 PM towards Pakistan then The first missile was launched demolishing PNS Khaibar and completely destroyed by the second missile. INS Veer was launched to secure the harbor from the Pakistani vessel PNS Muhafiz which destroyed the entire vessel killing all of them.

It was continued good 90 minutes demolishing 4 vessels of Pakistan and a cargo loaded with ammunition by 6 missiles launched by Indian Army. This operation got successful without any Indian Loss and thus giving birth to this day in the history of India as a victory and honoring Indian Navy on 4th of December 1971.
Thus an incredible moment for our nation...
Cheers to the victory!

Salute to Indian Defence Team!
