All India Congress Committee of the Indian National Congress Party which also included the cash prize of 10 Lacs in the year of 1992 by the Prime Minister of India Rajiv Gandhi. It is given on 20 August, the birth commemoration of Rajiv Gandhi, which is commended as Sadbhavna Diwas (Harmony Day).
